Made from 64 year old vines situated near Turkheim (the home of Zind Humbrecht), this is at first pretty and elegant, showing off a really charming nose of chamomile and lime. Bags of minerality here, but with a complexity and depth that impressively crescendos on the palate. The finish is wonderfully stubborn and will just keep on hanging
