Portinari - New version holo Nessa has a mix ofFor Portinari we have still the white crelly base, but the UCC flakes that I used on the old formulation are no longer available, and I had to make an entire new formula while keeping the same essence of the polish in mind. Portinari has a whote crelly base with a mix of metallic blue shreds, metallic blue flakes, Black flakes, and blue to black UCC flakes
