Framed Antique Minton Tile Family Gathering Fran Wagner Williams It is a marvelous pieceAn original English Victorian 8 inch tile by Minton Hollins in a turquoise majolica glaze depicts a group of people at a table, drinking and smoking pipes within a Tudor interior. It is in an old wooden frame making the overall measurements 11 1 2" square. The back is marked " Minton Hollins & Co. Patent Tile Works Stoke on Trent EWB". The tile is in excellent condition with only a rub to one man's nose. The old frame shows wear.
