The piece is in the style of the Juliana range by Delizza and Elster (D&E). Juliana jewellery was signed with a paper tag, so very few of these tags survived and they are not stamped in any other way. However the characteristics of Juliana jewellery are sometimes identifiable and they used unusual rhinestones and art glass cabochons like this.
