It is difficult to date because the design and features are based on Victorian styles which were influenced by ethnic jewellery at different times

but I am intrigued as to what they once looked like

The design is of a fantastic (probably Vietnamese) dragon with all of the tiny scales depicted in the finest detail. Please note that the bangle is very slim fitting I have pictured it next to my wrist as it would be in great danger of breaking if I were to force it on. Please check the photos
