This 25 year old, bottled by That Boutique y Whisky Company, was distilled in Coffey stills corn and up to 20% malted barley making up the mash bill. Nose: Confectionary tropical scents. Foam bananas, desiccated coconut, pineapple and papaya. Palate: More tropical fruits on the palate, white chocolate and a little chilli
