Originally printed in Britain and shipped to India, these labels were advertisements made for the Indian taste. It dates between 1878 & 1885. This label depicts the emergence of the celestial river ganga from the head of Shiva as he sits with his consort Parvati. It was printed for F W Heilgers & Co (Trading with this name from 1878) in Britain.
