In brass, measuring 32 mm x 37. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon, mounted to a five sided magnetic metal suspension with pinback, oxidation spotting and surface wear evident on both sides, fine. Footnote: The Medal for the Capture of Koenigsberg was instituted on June 9, 1945 and was awarded to those involved in the capture of Koenigsburg, which occurred from January 23 to April 10, 1945.
