In silver gilt, a large cross of red and white enamels, plain reverse, measures 45. 7 mm (w) x 67. 0 mm (h to integral ring on the cross), suspended by a Gold suspension featuring a red enamelled sacred heart with white rays, and black and green details, measures 42. 7 mm (w) x 53. 7 mm (h), reverse plain with two swivel suspensions to connect to the Gold loop for a replacement red neck ribbon, weighs 46. 07 grams
