Nuestra Soledad, Mezcal La Compania Ejutla Core In 375ml bottleThe Ejutla expression is roasted in earthen pits under mesquite and oak. Fermentation takes place in open air tanks before double copper pot distillation. This mezcal is beautiful clean with minerality classic markers of high altitude Espadin agave. The slow smoking process gives the mezcal delicate stone fruit notes with a blistered pepper smoke finish.
