Vincent Gaudry was the first Sancerre grower to earn Demeter biodynamic certification, and this bottling comes from old vine plots in the famed hamlet of Chavignol, using a rare small berried strain known as "pinot fin." Whole cluster fermented with native yeasts and raised in used barrels, it's a delicate, terroir driven red built on chalk. For anyone
